Pray for the urban poor communities of Bangkok to see the love, dignity and acceptance offered by the gospel - good news for the poor.

Pray for the Rac Chum Chon team (read/watch more about them here) as they continue to build relationships amidst these communities and wait patiently for people to respond in their own time.

Pray for greater awareness of the poor among the usually middle-class churches of Bangkok.

Pray that the millions of traditionally Buddhist Thai people (like Tee, watch his story here) who feel distant from their parents' religion would have an opportunity to be introduced to Jesus.

Pray for the Thai church to be unified in reaching their own people who are less than one per cent Christian.

Pray for more church planters from Thailand and all over the world to come and help establish churches in Thai cities without any Christian presence.

Pray for the city of Bangkok, with a population of 9 million (and more who commute into the city for work), that the people would not feel drained by urban life, or lonely in the big city.

Pray for Thai Christians living in Bangkok and Christian workers like Chris (read more here), that they would live out their faith in their workplaces and non-church settings.

Pray for Myanmar - as the country continues to open to the world, its political scene is still changing.

Pray for peace and reconciliation in this country, especially between the ethnic groups and the ongoing conflict (read more here).

Pray for Christian workers like Sandra and Tim (read more here) that they would be encouraged by God and their communities in their work, especially when it feels slow-going, and find a niche in terms of daily life in Myanmar and relationships.

Pray for Thai churches to be passionate about introducing other Thai people to Christ in this almost exclusively Buddhist nation.

Pray for Thai churches to continue finding ways to make following Jesus a uniquely Thai endeavour (as many churches recently did for Songkran).

Pray for the Thai church to become stronger and stronger in love and unity in spite of comprising less than 1 percent of the population of Thailand.
